Currently 24 Lonati machines have been installed, model 54-J, 4 feed capable of making 108 needles in dia 4” (9” gauge socks). Year of manufacturing is 2005 for 16 machines, and 2006 for 8 machines.
Some of the versatile features include
- Automatic style making through Graphitron 6 software and automatic style changing via machine of connected PC.
- Single of double welt with 1 or 2 feeds with possibility of having elastic on each course or alternate courses
- Socks produced on 4 feeds
- Plating on all feeds 2 color striping pluse ground color on 2 feeds
- 2 color patterns on single feed mesh and on back ground with elastic
- Pattern with tucked stitch fabric on 4 feeds
With changes in the same machine, we can also produce up to 132 needle in 4” and 3 ½” gauge socks in 108-144 needles as well.
