About Us

Socks Plant is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Ayesha Spinning Mills, located in the premises of Ayesha Spinning Mills, in Sheikhupura. This is the latest venture in the group’s textile division in a bid to move to value addition.

Current Capacity

Currently we have 24 Lonati L 54 J 108 needle gauge 4” machines, and will be at 60 machines by end of 2006. We plan to add 50-70 machines every year in various needle counts ranging from 84 needle to 168 needle with major capacities in 108 needle. We have also installed a vacuum system by Mazzini.
Our current capacity is around 40000-50000 dozens per month in pouch and ankle socks and 30000-45000 dz pairs in true heel socks for the year 2006.  Capacity will grow as we add more machines.
A/C systems have been provided by Sabro Pakistan to achieve optimum temperature and humidity in the department.  Compressed air is provided from a central compressor room, with equipment from Boge, Germany.
